The Principles of self Growth derived from Molting

THE GROWTH STRATEGY

The Principle of the Molt

All living things on earth undergo an increase in size, age and more. It is a major process that if any of the living things didn't go through it's termed "Death", Growth. But  to grow you must understand and know your niche, the understanding or knowledge of your niche give you the first thing you need that is direction. The direction you have will produce in you a sense of purpose. For the pathway of a purpose person lies a great moment of learning and applications.

The molting complex
For everyone that is willing to grow must pass through the molting process but not withstanding most of the people never realised that growth, when not completed leads to incomplete success and unfulfilled life.

Let's take the life cycle of the most popular insects the Butterfly and the Grasshopper.
The butterfly first exist as caterpillar, fully characterised by eating the basic food and with several molts, within a period of full acquisition and timing it move to a stage of immobility, described by quiescent,  the pupae.

Thus, in this quiescent stage it breaks down the tissues of the larvae,  the acquired food. Applying all the acquired knowledge to see which of it work better for him.
Albert Einstein advised " Be a loner. That gives you time to wonder, search for the truth. Have holy curiosity. Make your life worth living".
After the empirical exercise it develops to the next stage of the adult, highly attributed by differentiation of cells.  hemolymph is pumped into veins of the wings. The Adult emerging from the cuticle of pupal. The first thing that was developed in the Adult stage was the veins of the wings. Observation from the development of the adult, the property of the wings was first made, this should serve as an eye opener everyone that have in his dreams to go higher in life, must first develop the attribute that will enable him to fly higher and also help him stand through the storm. Also the wings will give it a better chance of exploration to find new niches and foods of higher quality like the bright flower on the top of the trees.

The Grasshopper on the other hand undergo incomplete stage of growth but will never agree to remain in it incomplete state until it comes to full maturation. full of trial and error. The stage observe first is called the nymph, described by different body proportion and lack of wing. The nymph undergoes series of molts, each time looking like an Adult with series of molt it then attains full maturation with wings but not very effective unlike that of the butterfly.

Most of us never want to go through the quiescent stage of empirical analysis just like in the Grasshopper which we ended up not living our full potential because we never examined our mind and entire self to know our niche. And we never persist to achieve our dreams.
Mark Cuban mused "you just got to stay focused and believe in yourself and trust your own ability and judgement." That's the reason most often time you ask a teen what do you want to become in the future?  he becomes confused today he tells you I want to be a Doctor, tomorrow I want to be a lawyer etc. I will advice a time alone to surf for books, videos and teachings that expose you to the self mastery and discovery.
